On Our Way....

On our way to Vancouver Island and Seattle, we had some eventful moments.

Simple easy stop in Jasper, not bad!

Met a very friendly Black bear

We also saw 2 black bears on the way, one was a baby bear!

And then the action started!
We kind of, sort of, well did RUN OUT OF GAS, and we were exactly 1 hour between cities and gas.
There was a this crow that scared the crap out of this british guy when he tried to get in his car. The crow jumped off his roof as he jumped in his car.
Then the crow jumped on his windshield, he tried to get rid of him by using the wipers and the spray, the crow would not leave him alone.
Meanwhile...
His wife and young child were coming to the car, the crow was not moving so she got the kid in the car and was about to get herself in...Charlie was going crazy for the crow, we let her go....
the lady almost crapped herself
Well all of us started laughing so hard but worse than that, the ladies husband was laughing so hard.

Me trying so hard to explain it

3 hours stranded causes some delirium

We tried calling roadside assistance but they would not answer, so we got ahold of Amanda's dad and used his AMA. We told the driver that he hitch hiked to town to find gas and the guy did not care, he gave us gas and went about his way.

That was AFTER the tattooed guy was going to help Jake syphon gas or drive him to town. And After the semi strange guy was willing to strap our car into his deck and take us all to town.

On our way and what do we see?
A street named after me
and us

Just a bit of what we seen on our way

Jasper Day with the Family

We went to Miligne Canyon and Pyramid Lake in Jasper for the day with Tim, Kassia, Jakob, Tatyanah, Amanda and I and Charlie

We had a great hike and then we went to tow for lunch.
We then headed over to Pyramid Lake to swim, row boat and Paddleboard

Kassia was so nervous but the crazy part is Tatyanah convinced her to jump in the water. She was so much fun and it was really nice to spend the day with her. I adore her more and more every day.

Tim was more like I have known him, he was always a goofy fun loving kid.

Tatyanah is a goof ball! She had so much fun, she always gets convinced to do crazy things, the boys convinced her to flip off the paddleboard! She did it, she is such a nut.

Jakob. He is so easy going, he can ride Tatyanah sometimes, he is the older brother, but he really looks out for her. It is fun to see him trying hard to be the cool guy and the gentle heart.

Amanda and I are just happy to always be out in nature. The hike was beautiful, although once again I got heat exhaustion, as always, but Amanda took care of me. And then we had un at the lake, it was a beautiful day.

I love this girl

I came home and this was on my pillow

Jakob's Rugby

jakob lovs rugby and I am sad it is over for the season because he loved it so much!

He really bonded to his team

rugby is a sport where the team bonds and just looks out for each other and tons of support

the older boys look out for the younger boys

the men who have played in days gone by come and encourage their mates, the boys, it is incredible

this is when they played the guys from England

Best Buddies

Charlie and her buddy Oscar

She even let him wear her shirt!

Very Special Friends

What can I say? Some days it is great to know these two will always dance in our hearts!
I love them, we all do!

“We'll be Friends Forever, won't we, Pooh?' asked Piglet.Even longer,' Pooh answered.”
