Fall my favorite time of the Year

Fall is such a beautiful time of the year, it's magic colors, the fresh breeze, the crisp air the crackling leaves as you walk, I really love fall here in Edmonton!! View of the river valley and downtown
Leaves are so spectacular!Pumpkins in the cornfields
Gold among the brown
Leaves of rust and scarlet
Trembling slowly down
Birds that travel southward
Lovely time to play
Nothing is as pleasant
As an autumn day!

Natalie

Sometimes in life we are blessed with amazing friends and sometimes those friends become like sisters, I have such a friend, she is Natalie! She always knows what to say, and when to say it. She is always true and pure. She laughs from her heart and cries from her soul but she is ALWAYS ALWAYS a soul friend. I miss her so much now that she moved to Montreal but every so often I find a gift of her friendship...in an email, a visit or just a new picture of her and her family on her blog....but I know she is always with me and always always Nat. And she comes with a bonus, a great husband and 2 of the most amazing kidlettes!

Science center science experiments!

Soda pop
Tatyanah ready to go!
And there she blows!
Coool cooool coool!

Oh my goodness, we went to the Science center and Jake, Tatyanah, Casy and Ryan stayed in the demonstration room and did all kinds of experiments. Some of them were Fire Fury, Gases, Soda pop (carbonation) and some more!

Science Center

I love this picture of Jake and Caden, he is showing him the static in the ball, Caden's hands did not attract the static!
Caden loved the tornado, he would watch it develop and then smash it down!
Inside the fish tank...2 little fishes!
Caden on the piano, he was so small he had a hard time making the music play...so I helped him and had way to much fun!

Dissecting

A few speciments

Little frog

Dissecting many things today! The kids were on their own and Ali was in charge...well Nick and Jake decided they were going to run things. After the clam, frog and pig a few moms set in to do a bit of dissecting themselves! Interesting!

Not Back to School Party

The girls and the cosmic twins!
Always in the trees!

Every year kids pack their bags and head to their first day of school, sitting in a desk all day long, learning what they are told they need to know to be successful in todays world. At the same time there is a bunch of kids who are so excited for the first day of school!! They get the parks back all day, they can shop without the masses, they can freely explore the world around them and they can learn what ever they want to when they want too!

The Not Back to School Party is soooooooooooo much FUN!!

Twin Strings Busking

Tatyanah and her buddy Casy played their violins downtown Edmonton and St Albert for money, they made lotsa $$$$$! They may not play many songs but they sure sounded adorable, they did really well and are becoming regular buskers. Tatyanah went out for 1/2 hour on her own this past Saturday but she likes to play more with her Buddy!

Snake Charmer

Jake has become a snake charmer! We were at the Not Back to School Party and he went down to the river with some friends and they found a snake! Just a wee little gardener snake but Jake had to pick it up and play with it and show the kids!
