Spin class is going great! I can actually turn the knob and not cheat and pretend anymore and it has only been 2 weeks. It is so hard but I love it! I tell you though, one must have some humor or one will DIE! My poor butt does not hurt getting on, it is the peeling it off of the seat that causes me such agony! Hey but at least we are having fun and getting ready for the upcoming bike season!
Oh how I am looking forward to riding outside and enjoying spring and summer ......as soon as it stops snowing!
